2. Provide us with the officers details that will apply to your company together with the registered office address.
3. Pay for your order by credit or debit card.
4. A few hours later your company package will be ready for collection or delivery.

All of our charges include VAT, registration fee and delivery. (fully
inclusive)
There are 3 CER packages to choose from:
Bronze package £50.00= Which contain the Certificate of Incorporation, printed Memorandum and Articles of Asscociation, minutes of meetings and completed company register.
Silver package £100.00= Which contain the Certificate of Incorporation, 6 copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association,
hard back combined register, minutes of the first meeting and
documents.
Gold package £145.00= Which contain the Certificate of
Incorporation, 8 copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association,
loose leaf combined register, company seal, minutes of the first
meeting and documents.
