CER - Services for Local Authorities

We specialise in providing local authorities with a number of financial and legal services including the collection of council tax and business rates. Although we have the facilities to deal with bulk instructions we always take care that each case recieves our immediate and personal attention. Instructions can be downloaded to us via a secure internet connection in a variety of formats, or sent by hard copy. All our clients are provided with online access to our computer system, thus enabling them to view progress of each case or amend as appropriate. Each client will be provided with a senior contact here at CER together with telephone and email contact details for our administration staff, bailiffs and representatives.
